He was also one of the first participants in a pioneering partnership with the City of Kalamazoo to help minority contractors obtain licenses. He obtained his license in 2020. Having been involved in this initiative since its inception, Ramon’s contributions have helped shape its mission of supporting underserved contractors and expanding opportunities for growth.
